As part of his judging duties, Clayton Wade collected the entries for this year’s Thailand Property Awards Eastern Seaboard Best Villa Development, Best Condo Development and the Thailand Green Development Award.   This year’s 2009 Thailand Property Awards were a tremendous success and after a long and thorough judging process, the winners of the 2009 Thailand Property Awards were announced at a lavish five-star Gala Dinner held on the 7th of November, 2009 at the prestigious Bangkok Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel.   The Thailand Property Awards ceremony's aim was to showcase and promote the quality of Thailand's real estate, construction, architectural and interior design as well as the industries professional services.
