On entering a Talay Sawan Villa, you cannot help but notice the strikingly beautiful Macca hardwood ceilings with recessed lighting, which immediately catch your eye.
Combined with the highly polished Macca hardwood flooring, both immediately reflect upon the richness and warmth of each and every Talay Sawan Villa. The open air layout of the indoor living area, which opens onto the pool deck and landscaped garden, invokes a truly tropical feeling and atmosphere.
From the spacious air conditioned living and dining areas you are met with a fully fitted European Standard Kitchen incorporating all of the modern day appliances including dishwasher, oven, hob with extraction hood, microwave, granite counter top, stainless steel sink, breakfast area, etc.
