The 23 Thailand Property Awards handed out this year at the prestigious Thailand Property Awards event, featured the Eastern Seaboard in the winning with three very special awards. Daika Estate Co. Ltd.was awarded the Thailand Property Awards Eastern Seaboard Best Condominium Development for their very successful Sanctuary Wong Amat Condominium and the Thailand Property Awards Eastern Seaboard Best Villa Development award went to the Horseshoepoint Co., Ltd. for their equally successful villa development The Village at Horseshoepoint. Khun Jate Sopitpongstorn, General Manager of the Horseshoepoint, once again, could not have been any more pleased as Clayton Wade handed him, for the second year in a row, the coveted award for the Thailand Property Awards Eastern Seaboard Best Villa Development. Last year, there were 21 awards handed out at the prestigious Thailand Property Awards event. The Eastern Seaboard was also in the winning with two very special awards. Raimon Land was awarded the Thailand Property Awards Eastern Seaboard Best Condominium Development for their very successful Northpoint Condominium and the Thailand Property Awards Eastern Seaboard Best Villa Development award went to the Horseshoepoint Co., Ltd. for their equally successful villa development The Residence at Horseshoepoint. Khun Jate Sopitpongstorn, General Manager of the Horseshoepoint could not have been happier as Clayton Wade handed him the coveted award for the Thailand Property Awards Eastern Seaboard Best Villa Development.
Clayton Wade is co-managing director of the Premier Homes Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Premier Land and Development Co., Ltd., both of which he has been running with his wife, Khun Supap for over twelve years. Clayton Wade has been in the real estate industry for 24 years. Having started his real estate career in the United States, he was licensed and practiced both real estate sales and property management in Seattle, Washington. Clayton Wade is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He is currently an active member of the Real Estate Sales and Marketing Association of Thailand. - -

Clayton Wade was personally responsible for bringing in the first 53 General Motors executives for the ‘start up phase’ of Thailand’s General Motors manufacturing facility and had a three year exclusive with the company. Following that experience he placed most all of the ‘start up’ executives for the Eastern Seaboard’s BMW manufacturing facility. Clayton Wade is known throughout the Asia-Pacific region for his writing, public speaking and television presentations. His many accomplishments in promoting Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard real estate industry include having been a guest speaker with several of Thailand’s top political and business figures on CNBC’s Managing Asia program. |
